Shipping policy

1. General

Orders are subject to stock availability. If any item is unavailable, we’ll fulfill what we can and contact you about the remainder.

2. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind:

Accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in resellable condition. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed as store credit.

4. Delivery Terms

Domestic: 2–7 business days

International: 4–22 days (varies by courier)

Dispatch time: Within 2 business days

P.O. Boxes: Postal services only

5. Tracking

Tracking links are emailed upon dispatch.

6. Damaged Parcels

If possible, reject damaged parcels at delivery. Otherwise, contact us immediately.

7. Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax: Included in product price

Import Duties: Prepaid — no extra fees at delivery

8. Cancellations

You may cancel any order not yet dispatched. For shipped orders, refer to our Return Policy.

9. Insurance

All parcels are insured against loss/damage.
